Hello - I have been using Healthmate (Steel HR Watch) to record rides with HR and location (through phone linkage) for a couple of years. I also have a linked account to Strava so that segment information can be determined by Strava from the route passed by Healthmate.
On Sept 17th the data started to appear differently on the Healthmate system. For example when reviewing my journal rides do not show the map/route for that ride on the overview. These same rides have been failing to sync to Strava (very off entries are created so link this functioning but the data is all wrong and no routes = no segments). I have also used another app to "mine" Healthmate rides in the past to correct errors and that app is not picking these healthmate rides up at all? That app is called W2GPX. You can see halfway through this day the cycle rides stopped showing maps of routes and this has continued.
Did the backend data structures or something change in someway? I'm running Healthmate 6.5.1 on a Pixel 5 (latest OS) with Software version 7041 running on the watch.
I'm also seeing rides duplicated now as well? As in the same start time and date for a ride of almost 2 hours appears twice in my journal history with durations of a few minutes apart? I remember the phone telling me that the healthmate app was still running a few minutes after I know I completed the ride and I exited/stopped it again.
This all is very frustrating. I'm happy to support any additional information you may need to fix or tell me I need to update something! I have restarted the app, watch and phone multiple times!
