Good day - just a quick question about the Healthmate app and the 'Fitness Level' computation. I am a 62 year old in fairly decent shape, with a low resting heart rate who exercises at least 30 minutes every day, mostly by walking. My 'Fitness Level' has slowly been climbing from the mid 40's until just two days ago it hit 50. Felt pretty good about it, until yesterday it dropped all the way to 36. Have never seen any movement in the past more than 1 point. No recent weight or BP measurements that I see that would trigger this.
Using Healthmate 5.6.1 - activity and health is being tracked by Apple Watch series 5 watchOS 8.0, Apple iPhone 7 Plus, Withings Body Cardio scale, Thermo, BPM, and Sleep.
I will note that between the Fitness Level reading of 50, and the reading of 36, the iPhone was updated to iOS 15.0, and the Watch was updated to watchOS 8.0
Regarding the app -
