Android app not sync with website

    I'm facing the same situation my last sync was July 2021. I'm using Samsung galaxy note 20.

    Hi iowahawk98, I already fix the issue. The issue is when you directly connect the Samsung health to the Nokia Withings app. To sync the steps you need to download the "health sync" app from the google store then push everything from Samsung health to the google fit app. on your Nokia Withings app, Import everything from google fit. wait for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour to sync everything. This also fixes the number of steps issue that the Nokia Withings is importing an incorrect number of steps from the Samsung health app.
