I have also had this problem, it seems likely that it's tied to the Android app update from October 5 or 6. The response to my ticket is as follows:
"I checked for an update regarding this issue and it seems like the development team is still working on it along with other cases. Please note that we do not recommend logging out of the Health Mate app to ensure that no data is lost."
This isn't a terribly helpful comment, but hopefully it might reassure you that it's not only an issue on your side, and that it's being addressed, since the support team doesn't seem to have responded to your post. -
Well yet again, my app doesn't sync with the web portal. There was a recent android update and the problems start all over again. I'm so sick of logging in and out and refreshing my apps. This creates huge issues syncing with my employers wellness website. It's just a huge pain. Doesn't make any of this tracking fun. It shouldn't be like this.
