Sleep data doesn't go to phone

    This happens to me also. It can take days for the data to sync across the web application and the phone app. (You can see the data in the web app, it just won’t appear on the phone.). Any strategies to remedy this are most welcome please

    We have the same. If I reset the device - hard reset, then it syncs instantly, otherwise it won't sync at all. Any ideas
