    Hello @Kent G,

Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear that your ScanWatch does not appear to be charging properly. I appreciate the information you shared and the troubleshooting you performed. We may revisit some steps you have already taken in order to further monitor the situation. Please be assured that we are adhering to a systematic process and must explore all available options to reach a resolution.

Could you please try plugging the charger into a different USB port? If available, you can use a 10W power adapter, such as those included with tablets like the iPad. Kindly ensure that the charger is making proper contact with the watch. The charger is properly making contact when the cable points in the opposite direction from the button on the watch. You should feel a slight magnetic pull on the back of the charger when contact is made. Additionally, the watch's display should show a battery icon and the battery percentage.

If the issue persists, can you also hold the button on the watch for 20 seconds to perform a hard reset and try again? Keep in mind that in cases where the watch battery is very low and it has shown the low battery icon on its display, it may need to charge for at least 30 minutes before it is able to run on its own; otherwise, it will power off once it is removed from the charger.

If the same thing happens, please contact us via chat at https://bit.ly/3Lg5tPL. Our support team is available Monday to Friday, from 03:00 to 22:00 EST. When you reach out, please provide the serial number of your watch so that we may review the matter with our team.

    Have a great day!
