Got a BPM connect two weeks! Nothing but headache and HIGHER blood pressure since then.
I have done EVERYTHING under the sun to get the APP working with my android phone to no avail. My phone Bluetooth works with everything else.
Called the so called fiasco of a customer service several times. Bunch of kids in Manila giving me the runaround! Insulting my intelligence by saying: is the app open, did you install it, turn this off, turn that on............!
I am an electrical engineer with 30 years of experience. I have done Reboot, Factory reset.... multiple times on my own, problem still persists.
There is a tech that is EMAILING me every 24 hours with another dumb idea!
Worst customer service since AT&T(USA), WIND mobile( Canada), as if that were possible, but NOKIA got the crown! DEPLORABLE
They just cut down the hours of the phone support!!!
WHO RUNS THIS SH.. SHOW anyway?
