    I'm sorry that you’re unable to connect your Move ECG with Health Mate. If you’re on Android, please make sure that the location is activated. For both Android and iOS, if the connection fails, you can delete the watch from the Bluetooth devices of your phone, reboot your mobile device and try to install your Move ECG again. 


    Let me know if this works now.
