App and Pulse are up to date.
Twice in the last three days, I have met my daily step goal of 9000+. When I sync the data to the app, the step count show after the sync is less than the count shown on the pulse device. Last night the step count when I went to bed was 9152, but the daily count on the app is 8997 (yes, three below the goal). Date/time are correct. I tried to sync multiple times and the refresh took place, but the count was not updated. I have used this device for almost a year and never seen this issue, but have noticed it twice in the last three days.
Is there anything I can do to get my device and app to sync correctly?
