I'm so sad that Fitbit and Withings don't work together anymore. Can this get fixed? Even if it's just to sync some fitbit walking devices, like the Luxe, with Withings.

Lost weight syncing as well. Worked on February 5th and today would not sync. Only reason I bought the Body+ was its ability to work with Fitbit. Is there a work around?

I think we had in the past Fitbit as 3rd party apps in Withings. Now it's missing and cannot re-initialize sync to them.

Armelle, whitings customer service, I bought the scale because it showed compatibility with fitbit. But connection does not work and your suggestion is not correct since I did reach out to them but at present they have no solution. I think Whitings should either reach out to them OR remove the false information about whiting app being able to connect with theirs.

I agree. I just bought the Withings Body+ scale because it states in several places that it is compatible with Fitbit. I have a Fitbit watch but can’t seem to figure out how to get them to sync together. I sent customer service a email but if they can’t help me I guess I will have no choice but to return this scale.
