Downloading data-"Internal Error. Please try again later"

hello.

I have been trying to download my data and it keeps on saying Internal error. Please try again later. I have changed computers, browsers and even used an incognito browser. Kindly assist on how else I can access and download my data from the dashboard.

Same here 04-2022. Tried other browsers etc...
