I do not believe they have the ability to actually have the ability to make this an accurate product. Both of our units are only consistent in their inaccurate readings.

I too get incorrect readings. I have an Omron Evolv as well and bought a  BPM Connect for its size. I use the X3 feature and follow the instructions (please don’t reply with the instruction). I am in my 60s, fit and not over weight but my (sys.) measurements are consistently 5-10 points lower than Omron’s and my doctor’s.

My measurements are much to low, compared with three other reference units. As this is the second unit showing the same error, I give up and send the whole rubbish back. Sorry for the time spend with it!

I have the opposite with my new Connect. Having started treatment for hypertension my readings using a BPM 50 were trending nicely down into the normal range; however, when I decided to treat myself to a new Connect unit the readings have shot back into the Grade 1 hypertension zone.

Obviously the BPM 50 readings may have been erroneously low; however, they agreed with the picture the doctor was expecting, which suggests the issue lies with the Connect.

Why can't we calibrate these devices to ensure we are comfortable with the accuracy of the readings?

How do you do a firm wear update?

My readings are completely inaccurate. We tested it multiple times at my doctor’s office. The device is up to date. Has anyone gotten any feedback from the company? Such a waste of money :(

I too am getting readings that are consistently 20 points higher in the systolic readings than that which I get at my doctor's office.  Today I took the BPM Connect to my doctor's office and compared it, several times, to two different blood pressure machines used there.  The doctor's office's machines were consistent with each other and, again, 20 points lower than the results from the withings machine.  Neither resetting, nor updating, the BPM connect has fixed the issue and nowhere on the site can I find a place for warranty repairs. I'm disgusted.

Yup. I thought my blood pressure was improving until I checked my BPM Connect against another device and realized it’s just 10-20 points lower, reading wrong. Sucks because I like the design, but will have to return.
