My WW not receiving weight data.

I have recently subscribed to My WW (formerly Weight Watchers) and have paired my account to sync the weight tracking from my Body+ scales. My Health Mate app syncs OK and receives the data from the scales by My WW doesn't update at all. I've given it 24hrs and still no weight data is being synced yet when I check permissions and account connection, everything has been setup correctly as far as I can see. Is this a known issue or is there a way to fix it? Any advice welcomed.

Additionally, the My WW app is not visible as a partner app within the Health Mate app anywhere. Is this normal?

    I found a solution to this. Connect withings to FITBIT app and add Fitbit to ww, weight only. You don’t actually need to have a Fitbit device for this to work. Now the weight will sync again through the withings scale.
