    I had the same issue but then all of a sudden it synced... And synced and has not stopped syncing...
    Did you get yours to eventually get it fixed?
    If not... I 'forgot' my watch then added it again as well as resetting my watch.

    Hi,

    I am facing the same issue. After changing to a new phone, my Steel HR won't connect any more, exactly the same procedure. Resetting the watch, disabling and forgetting bt on the phone, reinstalling Health Mate, nothing helped.

    I also remember having this problem in the past and, just like retrogirlwow mentioned, all of a sudden synced. 

    Any advise would be appreciated.

    I had a similar issue when I first got my watch. I realised that the connection between my watch and phone became very inconsistent when I had my location services (gps) turned off on my phone. Since then I've kept it on and the connection has been a lot better. 

    Maybe this would help you too?

    Thank you joar, GPS does not have any influence on the behaviour. Steel HR is still not working :(
