My new Steel HR watch doesn't connect to my phone.
Whenever I scan for devices using the app, it finds it, the watch switches to the Bluetooth symbol and the app displays that it was found. Then after a while the watch just shows an X and the app says that the Connection was lost.
I have tried this multiple times, reset the watch, dis- and reenabled Bluetooth on my phone, but nothing worked.
I'm just wondering if there is anything else i could do or if the watch might be faulty and I have to send it back.
