    I'm sorry that you're unable to log in to your Health Mate account when using the app. Please know that this has been fixed. Everything should now be back to normal.

    I have the exact same issue with my Galaxy Note 20.  I cannot log in from my phone, but obviously from the here, the browser - I do not have this issue.

    Since I cannot use my blood pressure monitor, please tell me what to do with it?

    I have exact the same issue on my Oneplus 9 and on my Oneplus 6. On the old phone I was still logged in ant it was working just fine. But on the new phone I couldn't log-in and allways had that connection-issue.
    After un-install and re-install and PW-resets etc, I thought it would be because i'm still logged in on the old phone, and logged out on there. RESULT: I can't login on both Phones now!

    here, exactly the same issue with Xiaomi Mi 10t pro on android 11. I see a loop between login form and profile selection (login -> choose profile -> back to login form)

    No problem with the HealthMate login on iOS and with the website login, so must be an android pb.

    Can you find a solution quickly please!

    I have had the same problem all day using Android (Samsung). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app twice unsuccessfully. Deeply frustrating but reassuring to know it isn't just me!

    Same issue on pixel 3a.
    Older version of app has the same issue.
    Registering a new user with different email works. But after logout again same issue with the new user as well.
    Looks like some Server issue.

    Same problem for me on Galaxy S8+... I read on a reddit thread that this problem was solved in a recent release, but that was 4 months ago, and the problem persists toda.y

    Same issue here as well 9n Pixel 5.

    Noticed my Sleep data stopped working on the App a few nights ago.

    Deleted the app and reset.
    Dow loaded the app agom and now I can't login.

    Data is syncing to the web ok though.

    Just can't login to the Android app.

    Yep, all working for me as wel, and my missing data is now back on the App.

    I have the same issue. This happened before, then it worked for again for a while, and now the same thing. Can login on the website but not in the app (iOS).

    Ídem with Sansung S20 fe, The app continues working on my previous Motorola phone and work in the web page with the same user, but in the S20 doesn't finalize the process of login and takes it at the page of login again and again.
