Using Android version of the app, 5.8.1. When I try to log in, I get “Opps. There’s seems to be a connectivity issue”. Have uninstalled and reinstalled etc. Log-in is fine on the website so I know the username and password are good. Have also tried downgrading to older versions of the app and updating security certificates, but the problem remains. Phone is Oppo Reno 10 Zoom.

Dear Community,
I'm sorry that you're unable to log in to your Health Mate account when using the app. Please know that this has been fixed. Everything should now be back to normal.
Thank you for your patience,

I have exact the same issue on my Oneplus 9 and on my Oneplus 6. On the old phone I was still logged in ant it was working just fine. But on the new phone I couldn't log-in and allways had that connection-issue.
After un-install and re-install and PW-resets etc, I thought it would be because i'm still logged in on the old phone, and logged out on there. RESULT: I can't login on both Phones now! -
here, exactly the same issue with Xiaomi Mi 10t pro on android 11. I see a loop between login form and profile selection (login -> choose profile -> back to login form)
No problem with the HealthMate login on iOS and with the website login, so must be an android pb.
Can you find a solution quickly please!
