Hallo
I have a Huawai pro 30 with Android 10.
For some reason uninstall and install makes the app forget what permission should be, that must be done manually.
I have deleted cache and Data, stopped app and restarted phone.
I have 4 profiles in my account, myself and my 3 kids.
loggin in is working, but then I have to select profile and it goes back to login and then it loop. Any solution for that ?

Hello, the same with me since this morning.
Samsung note 10+.
Try logout,login again. try to clear the data ,the cache, even uninstall,reinstall and restart the phone but nothing.
After reinstall, the app recongize my login and password, try to finish the install (thanks for installing health mate, your app will be ready in a few second) , and then go back to the login with this message:
(translate from french so it is maybe not the exact word): oops, seems that there is a connectivity problem, please retry later.
i have the watch, the sleep mate, the balance cardio+, the blood pressure, and the thermo. As long as i can not connect there will be no way to have my data (exept from the sleep because it goes first on the site before coming back in the app, so i can see it on my PC diary that work).

I'm have a very similar issue. I didn't do anything in particular. I just hadn't went to the app for a while and when I did it logged me out and prompted for a relogin. When I tried to login, I get the same loop. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling, I cleared cache and all data from phone. Nothing works. Useless.
Version 5.10.1 on Samsung Note 20 Ultra which is also up to date

You have this login looping issue 4 months ago. You still did not manage to resolve. Please provide us with higher quality app. At the same time, you are ruining the branding of your company and your products.
I am having the exact same issue described this week (9-May'2022).
After I enter my login credentials, the dashboard is not launching. The app keeps going back asking for login credentials again. By using the web login to verify my login credentials - no issue on the user end.
Is this the simple, modern and secure login way? (pun intended)
