Waking up from light sleep is easier and leaves you naturally rested.
That’s why a « Smart Alarm » feature would be great, the user would set up for instance an alarm at 8 AM, the app would look for a « light sleep » phase up to an hour before (7 AM) to wake up the user soflty, if no « light sleep » phase is detected the alarm would just be triggered at 8 AM as the user originally wanted.
Another good feature on top of that would be a "nap mode" Smart Alarm.
By "nap mode" would do something similar:
- User selects nap mode on Health Mate
- Sleep Analyser detects when the user falls asleep
- Sleep Analyser triggers Health Mate to wake up the user just before sleep phase 3
