    Exactly the same issue for both myself and my wife. Stopped yesterday morning (Weds 9th).  Tried to resync today and get that error so I have sent a message to support by email as well

    I have the same issue as well - last sync was 2/6/22, and when I go to fitbit.com/weight/withings, it shows my accounts are no longer connected, and upon using the connection wizard, I get the same error as above. Based on that error, it seems like a problem with the Withings server.

    Hopefully there will be a fix soon!!

    Having dug about a bit, it seems this might be the problem -

    Withings have changed their API end point and given 11 months notice to 3rd parties to update.. but it seems Fitbit didnt do anything

    Did anyone get this fixed? I can’t even find a way to connect the apps anymore now. :(

    FItbit fixed it some time ago. My data all syncs fine across the two accounts again now.

    You'll probably need to re-connect the apps as per the instructions from FitBit - this is from their page:

    Visit fitbit.com/weight/withings and click Start the Withings Connection Wizard.
