    Hallo Armelle,

    Thank you for your prompt reply. I managed to solve this problem on my own. As I wear the Scan Watch almost constantly I checked the contacts on the watch. Although they "appeared" clean I cleaned them anyway with a bit of alcohol and a swab stick. Works wonders. The contact cleaning was just what it needed. The watch re-loaded without any further problem.
