I've had my Withings Sleep analyzer for a number of years with no problem recording sleep data until Feb 23, 2026 when it stopped recording sleep data.
Nothing has changed in my home (network, bed, or sleep habits) and I've tried all the suggested remedies (restart, reset, remove and reconnect the device as well as uninstall and reinstall the app.) but to no avail.
The device shows as listed in devices and is synching daily in the app. No sleep data shows on the web portal but all my other devices (Thermo, Body Scan and BPM Core) are recording data just fine in the app and online.
Any help is appreciated.
