Unable to call the support phone number of 1(888)229-4116, it immediately returns with a "all circuits busy" and that the phone number according to Verizon is unavailable.

I found the email! Thanks for clarification. In that email, he said my support ticket number is 1743279. Is there a link to the support ticket here?
