    I found the email! Thanks for clarification. In that email, he said my support ticket number is 1743279. Is there a link to the support ticket here?

    I’m glad to hear that you found the email. If you want to reply to my colleague’s email, you only need to click on “Reply”, as you would do for any other emails you receive in your email box.
