Hi,
I shipped a watch to the Withings assistance in order to be repaired and after 2 weeks or so I got a message in the app saying: "Your replacement product is ready! Tap here to place the order for your free replacement product", followed by the Coupon code.
When I click on the message I have a loading screen that says "adding to cart" and then, unfortunately, it resolves with "your cart is empty".
Is there a way I can use the Coupon code manually and bypass the non-working process?

Thank you for your message. Yes, it is possible to enter your coupon manually. For that, go to our website here and add your Move ECG in your cart. Once you’re in the cart, on the right side of the page, you will find the “Summary” section. Under “Order total”, you will see “Add a coupon code”. Click on it in order to add your coupon.
