Thanks for posting. I’m sorry that you’re unable to set your Body up again. In order to help you, could you please tell me:
1) If you’re on Android or iOS?
2) If you want to install your Body in Wi-Fi or in Bluetooth ?
3) What error message Health Mate shows?

This is the same problem I am having.
I have an iPhone.
When I initially set it up I connected it to my wifi
The error message says set up failed 4/4
I will continue searching for an answer.
Any help would be appreciated.

I am having same problem- I reset it, uninstalled it and now I can’t install again same messages 4/4 setup failed. I even tried installing my older body scale and got the same messages on that one…very weird unless it’s an app issue?? Tried deleting the app and reinstalled- didn’t help either- if anyone figures it out please let us know- thanks Michelle

Same problem here. I’ve changed the battery and now I can’t sync my scale using my iPhone and iPad. I tried many things.

I used a new device (iPad) and that worked though somehow lost a lot of data

I am having the exact same problem. Had to swap the battery because they had died. Now I can't get past setup.
Is anyone from withings looking at this issue?

for anyone looking for the solution, you need to go into your phone and make it forget the bluetooth device. Then the setup will run again

I have the same problem and tried all the suggested methods, still didn't work. What's weird is that the battery level was always 1% even right after I changed (brand new batteries). Also I am quite disappointed that there is no customer service although you claim you have - there are many hoops I have to jump (e.g. login to my account, click on products and go to the forum et al) but ended up not seeing any phone numbers provided.
Feedback for the product team: make sure your basic functions really work, if I replace the batteries I expect it to immediately turn on and can weight, how hard is that? why do I need to connect to my ios device?
