    Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that your new Body Comp Scale and Sleep Analyzers aren't syncing smoothly with your app, especially after such a long and successful history with your previous Body Scan. 

     

    Because you are trying to manage a multi-user, multi-device ecosystem across both phones and tablets, we want to ensure the "owner" and "user" permissions are mapped correctly for each piece of hardware.

     

    To get your family’s health ecosystem fully connected:

     

    • Sleep Analyzer & Scale Mapping: Our technical team can verify that both Sleep Analyzers are assigned to the correct individuals within your shared home profile so their data doesn't cross over.
       
    • Direct Technical Assistance: Given the number of devices involved, the most "simple" way to reconnect is to have a specialist review your account configuration in real-time.

    Withing's Scale and sleep analyzer are not syncing with the Withings app We upgraded to the Body Comp Scale from the Body scan and have 1,900 weigh ins that worked perfectly with the sleep analyzer. We have two Sleep analyzers and the scale two people use. Along with a Samsung watch with health mate. We need to sync them all together. Need 2 phones and 2 tablets synced. Need simple way to reconnect.
