Option 2: Creating a separate Health Mate account
You can create a separate account for each user to make sure everyone's data stays private. Once the new account has been created, you can share the access to your scale to the new account by performing the following steps:
Open the Health Mate app.
Go to Devices
Tap Body
Tap Share your scale
Tap Invite.
Select how you want to share your scale and who you want to share it with.
A link, which will be valid for 72 hours, will then be sent to the persons you’ve invited. They will be able to link the scale to their account from there, without having to install it from scratch.

i have done those steps already. That’s how I was able to save my weight on her profile, as I stated

This is not working for me. It says they already accepted the scale. But when they weigh themselves there is no way to assign to their profile. There isn't even an option.

It finally worked after deleting the user. Re-syncing, then re-weighing. What a hassle.

I cannot use the Body+ because it does recognize me as my wife. I've already deleted the weight from her account and re-connect the account to the scale 3 times, as suggested in Withings troubleshooting and here but after a few days the problem shows again.

On top of this, I am experiencing very bad customer service considering that since the 9th of August non of the customer service has considered my request.
