Scanwatch Quality Issues

The watch is unique. There is no competitor exist however I think the watch has major quality issues . Through out two years of owning the watch i got the following problems: 1. The button got stucked 2. The metal piece that connect the bracelet got damaged 3. The battery eventually died and stopped charging after two years and nearly two months (out of warranty) Withings gave me offer to buy new one no recycle no repair! My brothers scanwatch got totally crazy after one year and some months due to condensation and problem in water insulation. So two watches four problems. And the only option buy new one. Quality is important to keep customers and servicing your products is also important
