Regression: Withings app no longer requests HealthKit Blood Pressure write permission

After approximately 5–6 June 2026, the Withings app stopped exporting Blood Pressure measurements to Apple Health. Investigation shows: Existing Blood Pressure samples remain in Apple Health, but no new samples are written. Other HealthKit types (Weight, BMI, Body Fat) have resumed syncing. In Apple Health → Privacy → Apps → Withings, Blood Pressure is no longer listed under "Allow Withings to Write", although it is still listed under Read. Because the Blood Pressure write permission no longer appears, it seems the app is no longer requesting HKQuantityTypeIdentifierBloodPressureSystolic and HKQuantityTypeIdentifierBloodPressureDiastolic write authorization. Apple Health marks Withings as Inactive for Blood Pressure. This appears to be a regression in the HealthKit authorization request rather than a device or permission issue.

    This still hasn’t been resolved Withings requests to read blood pressure from Apple health but not write it. Is this an intentional change by Withings to stop writing blood pressure data to Apple Health? If so they need to update their marketing to say that blood pressure from their devices is no longer able to be synced with Apple health!

    Please can we have a fix, I especially bought this because of connectivity with apple health, and it is disappointing to see it doesn’t do.

    I gave up and purchased an Omron HEM-FL31 it works well. I replaced my Withings body scan scales at the same time with a cheaper more accurate body scan scale from Fitdays so I’m now completely out of the Withings ecosystem.

    I just bought a body smart and it won't even export weight to Apple Health.  I've been on with support for an hour and they insist it should work, but the paywall popup clearly states you have to pay for a Withings+ subscription.  Clearly they forgot to inform support, update documentation, or take the "Works with Apple Health" off all of their boxes and marketing material.  The scale is being returned.
