    Hi @jeromebrandt,

Thank you for your message. I'm updating my response so I can give you more details about the situation.

As noted before, Garmin Connect is not part of our partner apps. This means that it's not possible to directly connect the app with Health Mate. However, an indirect connection is possible. MyFitnessPal, which is one of our partner-apps, can be linked to Garmin. You can therefore send your data (you'll find which ones here) to MyFitnessPal and then send them from MyFitnessPal to Garmin Connect or vice-versa.

We do realize however that this can be confusing. That's why our marketing team will do the necessary so it can be explained in a clearer way.

    Have a nice day,

With respect it is misleading... if you show the Garmin Connect app on your product page displaying apps you can "connect with" it is only natural that buyers would think it is compatible with Garmin Connect:

While the MyFitnessPal indirect route exists, it can in no way be true to say that the scale can "connect with" Garmin Connect - because it can't.

Hello @Armelle I can assure you that your web page IS in fact misleading and if you think otherwise then this shows a concerning lack of experience and common sense on your side that actually represents a risk to your own company. This is because the Garmin logo on the webpage that your marketing people added suggests that the Body+ has native connectivity to Garmin. However in fact your Garmin connectivity relies on a third-party tool that is NOT officially approved by Garmins closed ecosystem. Additionally, from a privacy and security perspective you are suggesting your users give their logon credentials to a third-party tool that I am guessing you have not checked or audited to see how secure it really is. What you are doing is actually very pad practise in the IT world and your superiors should be made aware of it.
