    Same here, since the last Scanwatch update the Fitness Level doesn't work anymore, while this was still working perfectly the day before the update.

    Same problem here. Updated both the Scanwatch and the android app the same day. No indication of fitness level after that.

    Same problem here, please advice what is the solution as the fitness level stopped working after my last update on the 17th April. App, watch reinstalled, but the problem is not solved. Dear Withing please let us know what is your plan to fix the issue, otherwise your device is not any longer fit for purposes!

    I solved the problem by downgrading the app to the previous version and excluding it from auto update. Fitness level has been calculated twice now.

    everything works normally for me, the fitness level counted yesterday as well. (ios15.4.1, watch sw 2421, hm sw 5.10)

    I do have exactly the same problem - no fitness level is calculated anymore since the last Android app/watch firmware update on 15.04.2022.
    Additionally, and much more worse for me, all my activity data before that last update got corrupted. This means 7 months of training data is just wrong: Some trainings are missing the track/map view now, some do show wrong distances, leading to wrong paces. Some activities don't show any data at all but split times for each kilometer are available. The data has been correct before, but this is not the case anymore since 15.04. This also affects the webview, so not just the app.

    No Fitness Level since April 14. Would have been great to get some sort of communication or a quick fix. Any update?

    Hmm that's strange, so just to clarify it seems to now be working for me on Android app version 5.10.2 (Thanks Armelle for the update btw!)
