Your App Stopped Working With Your Update

You seem to have a very big problem! Your HEALTH MATE app stopped working when an update was automatically installed on our phones 4/14/22.
I spent a lot of time on the phone with your support people, who were aware of nothing. I reset my BPM Connect several times and it made no difference. I wasted a lot of time for nothing.
We have your scale, your body temp thermometer and 2 BPM Connects and 2 Scan Watches. Nothing is being recorded now.
I deleted your app from my phone and reinstalled. Now I cannot log in at all. I can log in easily to my account on my PC but there is no Data to look at! The wifi upload has stopped working completely!
I will attach a screenshot of YOUR error message on my cellphone.
You have made it almost impossible to access any kind of useful Customer Support. It used to be easy with well trained staff. Now it is uninformed people following an outdated script. I am trying to give you constructive and helpful information, but I am quite angry.
Is there any real help available?
