Has this seriously not been sorted?
The instructions in the help section simply don't work -- it's not possible to download the Pairing Wizard software for Mac that way.
And when one *does* eventually get hold of the software elsewhere, it turns out that the software is incompatible with the latest Mac OS.
This is *unbelievably* shoddy of Withings. They are essentially bricking scales that should otherwise work perfectly.

This made me so ANGRY! Taken me hours to figure a way around this. Shocking lack of support from Withings. I got around it by downloading the pairing app and then following these instructions to open an unsupported app. https://support.apple.com/en-au/guide/mac-help/mh40616/mac
