Bought watch 2 weeks ago. ECG says pending approval and doesn't work. Customer support can't tell me when it will ever work. They escalated it and still can't give an answer. About to return watch.

I'm sorry that you're unable to use the ECG feature of your watch. Are you sure you have a Move ECG and not a ScanWatch? In any case, could you please tell me if your Health Mate app is up-to-date? The most recent version is 5.10.1 on Android and 5.10.2 on iOS.
