I ordered a scale to replace the scale I had before that didn't ever properly communicate and now after around 14 months totally died. The Withings order system tells me that my scale has shipped but without an order reference number, there is no way that I can figure out how to track that replacement scale. There is no way to contact the company that I can figure out. They have gone to such extremes to limit the way a customer can reach them I wonder if they are really still in business?
How do you track a product ordered?
