Health Mate not syncing weight data to Health

Thank you for your message. After turning off the syncing of data to Apple Health, did you make sure to reboot your phone before turning it back on?
You might already know it but there is currently an iOS restriction that prevents the automatic syncing of data to and from Apple Health. Each time you wish to transfer measurements, you will need to do the following steps:
1) Open Health Mate.
2) Open Apple Health.
3) Return to Health Mate and swipe down from the top to force a refresh.
When disabling and re-enabling the connection between Health Mate and Apple Health, did you follow all these steps?
1) Open Apple Health. Select the Profile icon on the top, right-hand side of the screen > "Apps" > "Health Mate".
2) Select "Turn all Categories Off'.
3) Uninstall/Delete Health Mate.
4) Restart your mobile device.
5) Reinstall Health Mate and log in with your Health Mate credentials.
6) In Health Mate, select "Profile" > the Apple Health logo (white background with a red heart) > "Turn All Categories On" (or manually select any metrics you wish to sync) > "Allow".
7) You should now see a green check mark on the "Health" icon in the Profile of Health Mate. Both apps will begin syncing again.
Furthermore, please note that in order to have data transferred from Health Mate to Apple Health, "Background App Refresh" needs to be enabled for Health Mate. To do this:
1) Go to "Settings" on your phone.
2) Select "General".
3) Select "Background App Refresh".
4) Ensure the slider to the right of "Health Mate" is green.
If the situation persists after that, could you please tell me what the iOS version of your phone is?

I am also having this issue on my iPhone 12 Pro Max (iOS 15.4.1). I followed the instructions provided and the last entry I have in Apple Health from Health Mate is from yesterday, 5/9/2022. I checked my Withings account at https://healthmate.withings.com and my data is current.

Anch'io stesso problema ma in più l'applicazione Apple Health su blocca e quindi devo spegnere e riaccendere il mio iphone e la sincronizzazione subito dopo parte ma questo solo per la prima volta dopo di chè alla successiva sincronizzazione Apple Health si blocca di nuovo e devo allora ripetere lo spegnimento ed acceensione del mio iPhone. Sicuramente tutta questa storia è molto molto fastidiosa a saperlo prima non avrei acquistato uno Steel HR Sport. Peccato sono deluso provenendo da un Fitbit charge 4 che ha una sincronizzazione immediata. Inoltro noto anche che la connessione bluethohh con il telefono è molto debole sempre paragonandola al Fitbit, infatti se mi allontano di qualche metro o vado in un altra stanza del mio appartamento lo Steel HR non è piu connesso con il mio cellulare a differenza del Charge 4 che invece non perdeva mail la connessione. E' appena una settimana che ho acquistato lo Steel HR Sport e sino ad oggi assegno sicuramente un punteggio insufficiente

I have been having sporadic issues with my new Body+ scale. Support told me that there is an iOS limitation that prevents automatic syncing in the background. They say I have to manually activate Health Mate, then Apple Health, return to Health Mate, and refresh the app. While this now appears to be working okay, the “iOS limitation” is patently untrue. I have several other apps that update Health in the background and the updates are nearly instantaneous. I’m not an iOS developer, but I have other development experience. I scanned the Apple Developer docs and forums, but found no indication of limits on background updates to Health.

My weight stats no longer sync to Apple Health either. I have been through all steps in the string above, uninstall/reinstall etc. Nothing works, sync is officially broke!

Subsequently a day after following the instructions above with no luck, it then synced weeks of data and has synced again today. So if following the string try syncing over a few days, It might comeback online. I followed the instructions in this string to a tee.

I’m having the same problem. This seems to be a sporadic issue, but an ongoing issue nonetheless. It would be really nice if Health Mate developers would work with Apple to resolve the issue once and for all. It’s quite annoying.

Two days ago, the Health Mate app stopped sending data to Apple health and I just cant get it to work again. I was going to say it worked fine for months, but “fine” is not quite the correct word for it. It’s pretty annoying that Withings can’t send the data directly to Apple Health instead of forcing us to open the Health Mate app to trigger the sync. But that’s a different story.
Now I discover that they can’t even keep that manual sync going for more than a few months…
