    Thanks for posting. Can you tell me if your Health Mate version is up-to-date, please? The most recent update is 5.10.1.

    I'm have a very similar issue. I didn't do anything in particular. I just hadn't went to the app for a while and when I did it logged me out and prompted for a relogin. When I tried to login, I get the same loop. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling, I cleared cache and all data from phone. Nothing works. Useless.

     

    Version 5.10.1 on Samsung Note 20 Ultra which is also up to date

    Both my phone os and the app version is the latest. 
     
    I just want to add that the loop starts after I am logged in and a list of profiles in my account appears. 
     
    I have my profile along with my childrens profile in my account. 
     
    Upon chosing my profile, it brings me back to the log in page in the app. 
     
     
    I tried to log in my husband's account, his account consist of only his profile. The login was successful with no issue. 
     
    It seems the log in issue happens when an account have multiple profiles. Please advise your tech department or provide a solution. It seems there are many facing the same problem.

    I have been informed that there has been an update to fix it. Downloaded the updateb and tried.

    Upon trying for the first time, it did not work.

    It worked after i uninstall the app,
    Logged in with my password ( other option at the send code page) and it worked.

    I then tried to log out and log back in via google and it worked.

    I just got my withings scale today. the app does NOT work. I have no way to set up this $100 scale and will have to return it. I put my email in the app, enter the code sent to my email, and it loops back to the login page. I have been trying for TWO HOURS now.

    @katherine.sumiko my issue is solved after contacting them. You might need to start a new thread to catch their attention. Or message them in the contact form or something. Both side messaged me after I contact both ways and got the issue solved in a few days. Just wanted to add on though when their app works for you their products are actually quite worth using. Hope you get the support responding soon.
