    Hello @james_kemp,

     

    Thanks for posting. The latest firmware is indeed 1501, but its deployment is progressive. It is normal that not everyone has access to it for the moment. I will let you know once it is available for everyone.

    How long does it take to roll out to everyone.  I see this post is two months ago and I have almost identical information as the OP, and when I try to update (currently have 1261) it says "up to date"

    Is there a way to download the update and push the update to the device? It shouldn’t take more then 3 months to wait for an update because it’s a "progressive " update. I have to believe your network can handle more then a couple of updates at the same time.

    Same issue. Just got my BPM Connect. It did do an initial update but it didn't get the newest version. It says current software version 1261, but the app keeps telling me my device is up to date.

    is firmware same as software ? My BP Connect says up to date but says software version is 811 but I don't see "firmware"
