I had been using multiple cameras with the ios app and things had been fine, including alerts. I recently noticed that the alerts were no longer showing up in the camera timeline so I decided to uninstall and reinstall the ios app. On logging in, the app no longer finds my existing cameras even though they are present on my web account profile. Trying to add a camera by performing the 5 power cycles and etc. fails at the activation stage, even though it apparently connected to my network properly.
The android app is worse. It shows some of my cameras but trying to re-add one fails because it can't even be detected by bluetooth.
I have logged a support request with Withings and it seems to have been passed on to their next level support. Hopefully there is a solution and it's something as simple as some web service of theirs is down or something. I would be upset at losing all of these cameras given what I paid for them - they all seem to work fine so it looks like the app or one of its associated services is causing this problem.
