Currently, in the Health Mate app, the recommended % of deep sleep is 45% of total sleep. I cannot find any supporting evidence for this percentage. Most literature suggests 1-2h of deep sleep for an avg 8h night (or 15-25%) for a typical adult. Recommend to update recommended deep sleep as such. 45% is way too high, and falsely gives a low sleep score.
