cannot connect the "bp connect"

Whatever I do, my bp connect does not want to connect with bluetooth. It shows a blue light with "startup", immediately followed by "system" in red.

Hi I have the same problem. the device does not sync with my phone and therefore unable to track the reading. I tried many times but failed - very frustrating.

I bought the portable one. My previous bpm was good
