False sleep reporting

    Hello @brian,

     

    Thank you for posting. I'm sorry to hear that your Sleep detects that you're asleep when you're actually awake. Could you please make sure that your device is properly positioned, as indicated in this article from our Help Center?

     

    If your Sleep is already correctly placed, then, you will need to manually edit your sleep data. For that, please open Health Mate, tap on one of your nights > the three dots on the upper right side of the screen > Edit my night.
