Attempting to pair Steel HR with iPhone 13 mini. It worked fine with my old IP SE.
It detects the watch, then the pairing box appears and asks for the code from the watch. But, the on-screen keyboard on the phone doesn't appear, so i can't enter the code. Tried to pair manually from settings/BT, but device doesn't appear. Help!

I'm sorry to hear that you can't enter the verification code on Health Mate. Have you tried uninstalling the app, rebooting your phone and reinstalling the app? If yes or if the situation persists after that, I suggest you contact us directly via https://within.gs/help.
