    I also have requested archive download for my blood pressure system and the downloads stopped working within the last 2-3 weeks.

    I have the same problem that the downloading is not working. No email comes. I emailed support but I have not received a reply. Very shabby support.

    I'm having the same issue. I export the data on a daily basis as I like to plot it myself. It hasn't been working for a week now.

    Looks like they might have fixed it. Got 4 Download Data emails this morning. Did a new Start Archive, got another email and managed to download my up to date data. I hope it stays fixed.
