    Thank you for your message. In order to help you further, I would need more details regarding your situation. Do you receive the steps from a watch or a partner-app? Are you on Android or on iOS?

    I do have same issue, steps are given by IOS. They are still ok on Health but health mate seems to be provided on an hazard mode and not complete

    Hello everyone, 

     

    If you're on iOS, please know that the in-app tracker of Health Mate works using Apple Health. In order for it to work, several conditions need to be met:

    1) Health Mate must be linked to Apple Health.

    2) iOS 14 or later is required.

    3) You need to have an iPhone 6s or later.

     

    If you already meet these conditions, please deactivate and reactivate the steps synchronization between Apple Health and Health Mate. If the situation persists after that, please contact us at http://within.gs/help.
