Bpm connect not syncing data to health mate

2 users are setup in the BPM connect. One user is setup in the health mate app. User info is not syncing.

Thank you for posting. In order to help you, I would need more information. When you say "One user is setup in the health mate app", are you talking about an account? Also, when adding a second user on your BPM Connect, did you follow the instructions from this article?

My BPM Connect will not sync with HealthMate. I have tried re mating it. Other products will connect.

Haven't been able to get BP data for over a year. is it stored on the BP Connect?
