Thank you for your message. I'm sorry that you're unable to pair your ScanWatch with your new phone. As @zafislam9 indicated, it is indeed necessary to remove the watch from the Bluetooth devices of your old phone. May I know what happens when you try to pair your watch with your new phone, please? If you can't turn on your old mobile device, you might need to dissociate your ScanWatch from your Health Mate app and set it up again.

I am sure u can only pair scanwatch to one phone. u have to sync first on old phone. Once that is done. Then u unpair the scanwatch,with the old phone. Then pair with the new phone and it will sync. Using you privious username and password.

Have tried to sync Scanwatch with a new Nokia G21 phone with the health mate without success.I can install it again to the old phone but not to the new one. Before the installation have dissociated it from the old phone and made factory reset for the watch. Installation starts Ok but the bluetooth connection will be cut shortly.
Has anyone some ideas what might be wrong?
