    Hi @rgleason47,

     

    I'm sorry that you're unable to connect your BPM Connect with your iPhone via Bluetooth. Did you check this article already?

    - BPM Connect - I'm having issues installing my device. What should I do?

     

    Also, does your BPM Connect display "Set up" when the button is pressed and held for 3 seconds ? If not:

    1) Press and hold the button on the monitor for 30 seconds. Wait 5 seconds before pressing the button once.

    2) Charge the monitor for two hours.

     

    If your BPM Connect displays "Set up", you can also follow these steps:

    1) Make sure that the Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Additionally, ensure that your mobile device and monitor are within 5 feet of one another.

    2 Charge your BPM Connect for two hours.

    3) Perform a reboot. For that, plug your BPM in to charge. Press and hold the button for 30 seconds or until the display turns off. The display will turn back on once the reboot is complete. 

    4) Perform a factory reset as explained in this article.
