Scanwatch back came off after a short swim

Anyone ever have this problem. After swimming in less that a ft of water, noticed condensation under glass, thought nothing of it as other watches have done that. Then after about 6 hours watch stopped, took it off wrist and back had fallen off and o ring was off. I don't see how it snaps back on or even came off.

    If the back case or rear cover of your ScanWatch has fallen off, please email us at http://within.gs/help, join a photo of the back side of the watch and indicate how this occurred.

    I am having the same problem, but I found it out a little bit different. I wear my ScanWatch rarely, but it needs recharge sometimes so I put it on charger. It got contact but suddenly lost it. I was looking for problem and found bottom out of the watches out. I took it to the neerest watchmaker and I am waiting for the resolution. Personaly I think that it's manufacturing problem. I have 2 months until the end of warranty.

    Same thing happened to me. I got my ScanWatch last November 2021. This week it barely got wet, and suddenly the watch started vibrating and went dead. Then a red light in the back lit, and couldn´t make it work. After a couple of days I tried getting it to charge, and it seems as the pins on the charger opened the the back when I pulled it off. I´ve been an active promoter of the product... I trust you can fix this!
