Weekly report email stopped coming through.

    I'm sorry to hear that you don't receive your weekly report anymore. Our developers are aware of the situation. I will let you know once a fix will be available.

    I got this reply from Withings:

    Thank you for reaching out to Withings Customer Support. This is Rod and I am glad to check this for you. I am sorry to hear that you're unable to receive your weekly report for 2 weeks now.
     
    I appreciate the information you've provided. For me to further investigate this, could you please provide the model of your Android device and its Android version?
     
    Additionally, could you uninstall the app, reboot your phone and reinstall the app?
     
    Once done, please open the Health Mate app > Tap 'Profile' > Tap the 'gear' like icon at the top right corner of your Health Mate app > Tap 'Email & Notifications > Check if the Weekly Report is enabled.
     
    If yes, kindly uncheck then tap 'OK', and a message will appear displaying that the update was successful. Then tap the back arrow at the top left corner. After this, tap 'Email & Notifications' again and reenabled the 'Weekly Report', and tap 'OK'.

    I had a similar response a few days ago - I have done the off/on and confirmed my email is correct and that the emails never went to spam.

    "First, I sincerely apologize for the delayed response. Also, I appreciate the information you shared in your email and the troubleshooting you performed. In this case, could you please disable and re-enable the Weekly report in your Health Mate? Also, could you please ensure that your email address is correct in the Profile settings?"

    I have the same issue...and the last email I received was July 27.   I've contacted Withings a number of times and they keep telling me to turn my email request on and off.  I've done this but the emails still aren't coming through.  I've even deleted  my email address and reentered it.  Still nothing.  Funny how we all have the same "stop" date of July 27.

    I called up support, and they seem to think it is the "Share a PDF Health Report" feature that is not working, when we are all talking about the "Weekly report" email.

    They said it will be fixed in the next app update and could not give a timeline for this.

    I have tried to clarify, however I'm not left feeling very confident that support have understood the issue.

    I have the same problem. My last report was on June 27th. If so many have the exact same problem this is clearly an issue on their end. Nothing to do with restarting and deleting the app etc etc. It is a backend problem perhaps activating and deactivating the weekly report feature could help but Withings need to check why it happened.

    Just had this reply:

    I just got an update from the senior specialist who supervises your support case.
     
    Please know that our development working to resolve this in an update to the Health Mate app. In the interim, please retry generating the report, but allow up to 5 minutes for it to load before closing the page.

    @fast.races - I was told the same thing today. They seem to be addressing an issue with the "Health Report" option in the Health Mate APP, and not the weekly email (that used to arrive on a Monday.)

    The App was uppdated at the weekend.  I'm now geeting the weekly emails again.

    I got the weekly mail too. Only with the weight variation though (+1,0 kg, oops). I liked to have the weekly average weight as well.

    Weekly email came though today.

    The format has changed - it now only shows the variation from previous week.

    Hopefully they will bring back the weekly average again.
