Steel HR Forgets Time

For the last few months everytime I charge my Steel HR Sport watch the time appears to stop, such that when I take it off the charger I have to go into the app and set the correct time.

Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution?

    Thanks for posting. When you say that the time appears to stop, do you mean the hands of the watch?

    Hi Armelle,

    Yes, the hands of the watch stop.  If I put the watch on the charger at 1pm and leave it on there for 30mins it still says 1pm when I take it off.  The only resolution I've found is to open the app, and follow the set time procedure to realign all the hands to 12pm.  Once that is complete the hands move to the correct time.
